The contract sales gross floor area for July was about 18,729 square meters, with an average selling price of roughly RMB 19,000 per square meter.

For the period from January to July, the cumulative contract sales amount reached approximately RMB 2.473 billion, representing an 8.44% year-on-year decrease. The total contract sales gross floor area was about 155,394 square meters, with the average selling price standing at approximately RMB 15,900 per square meter.
