• The Annual Report for the financial year ended 30 June 2026 • The Circular dated 20 October 2026, which includes the notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting and details of a proposed bonus share issue • The Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report for the year ended 30 June 2026
The company urges shareholders to access these materials online (“Website Version”) to promote paperless communication.
Non-registered shareholders who experience difficulties accessing the electronic documents, or who prefer hard copies, may complete and sign the enclosed Request Form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email the request to is-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies will be provided free of charge, and the preference will remain effective until the close of the company’s next financial year unless revoked or superseded.
Shareholders wishing to receive future corporate communications electronically should provide their functional email addresses to their respective banks, brokers, custodians or nominees (collectively, “Intermediaries”). If no valid email or postal address is supplied via HKSCC Nominees Limited, publication notices will not be sent.
