WENGE AI (01956.HK) has announced the partial exercise of the over-allotment option, along with the conclusion of the price stabilisation period for its global offering.

On Thursday, July 23, 2026, after the trading session, the stabilising manager, acting on behalf of the international underwriters, partially exercised the over-allotment option. This involved a total of 1.335 million shares, representing approximately 9.00% of the total number of initially available offer shares under the global offering before any exercise of the over-allotment option.

These shares are being allocated to cornerstone investors who have agreed to a delayed delivery of the H shares they subscribed for under their respective cornerstone investment agreements.

In accordance with the Securities and Futures (Price Stabilisation) Rules (Chapter 571W of the Laws of Hong Kong), the company announced that the stabilisation period related to the global offering concluded on Thursday, July 23, 2026. This date falls on the 30th day after the deadline for submitting applications under the Hong Kong public offering.
