The data indicates that as of June 26th, the total market value of the shares held in custody amounted to HK$33.07 million, which represents a 5.1% stake in the company.

This change involved a company shareholder depositing 5.008 million shares with UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong), resulting in an increase of 4.68% in their holding proportion.

SOFTMEDX-NEW has also announced details concerning a proposed placement by its controlling shareholder, Multi Omniverse Group Limited.

The shareholder intended to place up to 445 million company shares.

Upon completion of this placement, the interest of the placing shareholder in the company decreased from 51.0% to 30.3%, though they remain the controlling shareholder.
