China Energy Engineering Announces RMB0.312 Final Dividend per 10 Shares for FY2025

China Energy Engineering Corporation Limited disclosed a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.312 for every 10 H shares for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, according to an announcement dated 27 March 2026. The proposal remains subject to shareholder approval at a meeting yet to be scheduled.

The dividend will be paid in Hong Kong dollars, with the HKD equivalent and applicable exchange rate to be announced. Key timetable items—including the ex-dividend date, book-closure period, record date, and payment date—will also be confirmed later. Withholding tax arrangements are as follows: • Non-resident enterprise shareholders will face a 10% withholding rate. • Non-resident individual shareholders domiciled in jurisdictions with a PRC treaty rate of 10% or below will also be subject to a 10% rate. • Non-resident individuals from jurisdictions with a treaty rate above 20% or without a treaty will incur a 20% rate. No warrants or convertible securities are outstanding. The board currently comprises Executive Director Ni Zhen, Employee Director Huang Pu, Non-Executive Directors Liu Xueshi and Si Xinbo, and Independent Non-Executive Directors Cheng Niangao, Dr. Ngai Wai Fung, Niu Xiangchun, and Pei Zhenjiang.
