EASTROC released unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026.
• Revenue reached RMB 12.44 billion, a 15.87% year-on-year increase. Gross profit rose 24.30% to RMB 5.92 billion, lifting gross margin to 47.6% from 44.4%.
• Profit attributable to shareholders grew 20.72% to RMB 2.87 billion. Basic earnings per share climbed to RMB 3.99.
• Operating cash flow strengthened 43.21% to RMB 2.49 billion. Net assets attributable to owners doubled to RMB 19.48 billion, reflecting February’s Hong Kong listing and share issuance.
Product mix – Energy drinks contributed 71.86% of revenue (RMB 8.94 billion), up 6.89%. – Electrolyte beverages delivered 13.44% (RMB 1.67 billion), up 11.98%. – Tea beverages surged 208.99% to RMB 1.06 billion, taking 8.52% share. Total sales volume rose 17.43% to 3.58 million tons.
Regional performance North China and Central China led growth, with revenue up 24.90% and 20.48% respectively. South China remained the largest region, contributing 25.54% of total sales.
Dividend The Board proposes an interim cash dividend of RMB 30.00 per 10 shares (inclusive of tax), amounting to approximately RMB 2.18 billion, subject to approval at the forthcoming extraordinary general meeting.
Financial position Total assets stood at RMB 35.80 billion (+33.98% versus 30 June 2025). The debt-to-asset ratio declined to 45.5%, while the gearing ratio fell to 31.0%.
Other highlights • Capital expenditure during the period totalled RMB 1.32 billion, mainly for new production bases in Zhongshan and Kunming. • The Group raised net proceeds of about HKD 10.94 billion from its Hong Kong IPO; utilisation will follow the plans disclosed in the prospectus. • During the period EASTROC repurchased 7.12 million A shares for RMB 1.04 billion, held as treasury shares pending cancellation or incentive allocation.
No material post-period events were reported. The interim results have been reviewed by Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.
