Bulletin Express07-10

Bama Tea Co., Ltd. issued a positive profit alert, indicating that preliminary, unaudited figures for the six months ended 30 June 2026 point to a minimum 30.00% year-on-year increase in revenue and a minimum 60.00% rise in profit attributable to equity shareholders.

Based on the 2025 comparative base of RMB1.06 billion in revenue and RMB119.70 million in attributable profit, the latest guidance implies revenue of no less than RMB1.38 billion and attributable profit of at least RMB191.52 million for the first half of 2026.

Management attributes the improved top- and bottom-line performance to continued expansion and higher profitability across the franchise, online and key-account channels. The figures are derived from draft consolidated management accounts and have not yet been reviewed by the company’s auditor or audit committee.

The board expects to release the final interim results by the end of August 2026 and advises shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares until the audited numbers are disclosed.
