JNCEC (00579) announced that Mr. Guo Yao has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director and a member of the Board Audit Committee, effective from December 23, 2025. Following shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting for Mr. Guo's appointment as the new Non-Executive Director, Mr. Song Zhiyong's resignation as Non-Executive Director took effect on the same date.
