Recently, on July 9th, the group standard for "Complete Pet Food Fresh-Steamed Dry Food," spearheaded by NetEase Yanxuan, was officially launched at the 2026 Pet Supply Chain Conference.
In addition, NetEase Yanxuan's fresh-steamed pet food recently won the iBrandi Product Award and the iBrandi Annual Growth Brand Award. To date, the NetEase Yanxuan pet category has garnered nearly 50 industry awards, including the Orange Point Award.
As the first unified specification introduced within the industry for the fresh-steamed dry food category, this group standard focuses on two core dimensions: production process specifications and quality safety control. It systematically defines the terminology, process requirements, raw material standards, nutritional indicators, and testing methods for fresh-steamed dry food.
During the standard development process, NetEase Yanxuan integrated its mature practices in areas such as fresh-steaming technology R&D, large-scale production, and full-process quality control deeply into the standard's clauses.
With the release of this fresh-steamed dry food standard, NetEase Yanxuan has now cumulatively participated in the drafting and release of 10 group standards for pet food and supplies. These cover multiple categories including pet supplies and pet food, forming a standardized participation matrix and placing the company in the top tier of domestic contributors to pet category group standards.
Simultaneously, NetEase Yanxuan has formally inaugurated its Pet Global Innovation R&D Center and continues to deepen its industry-academia-research collaborations with top-tier universities such as China Agricultural University, Nanjing Agricultural University, South China Agricultural University, and Zhejiang A&F University. Addressing core pain points in pet feeding, NetEase Yanxuan has successfully implemented several industry innovations and formulations, including the "3D NutriLock™ Emulsified Fresh-Steaming Technology," "Rainbow Inlaid Baking," "Broth Freeze-Drying," and "100% Fresh Meat Ingredient Input."
Taking fresh-steamed food as an example, NetEase Yanxuan innovatively developed the "3D NutriLock™ Emulsified Fresh-Steaming Process." This three-step method involving "emulsification first, flash steaming second, and slow drying last" significantly enhances the digestibility and absorption rate of nutrients.
Furthermore, the scientific formula incorporates sodium butyrate combined with dual probiotics and prebiotics. Research from China Agricultural University has confirmed its significant role in promoting pet intestinal health. This scientific achievement has been successfully published in the internationally authoritative academic journal, *Metabolites*.
Currently, the cumulative sales of the NetEase Yanxuan fresh-steamed pet food series have surpassed 6 million bags.
