On the afternoon of October 25, storage chip high-flyer Demingli released its 2026 third-quarter report.
Data showed that in the first three quarters of 2026, Demingli achieved total operating revenue of 28.555 billion yuan, up 328.81% year-on-year, and realized net profit attributable to shareholders of 8.746 billion yuan, successfully turning losses into profits.

Regarding the reasons for the sharp revenue increase, Demingli said that during the reporting period the storage industry was booming, the company maintained a stable supply chain while increasing R&D investment to launch self-developed controllers, enriched its product matrix and optimized its product structure, and the revenue scale and revenue proportion of its enterprise-level storage business further increased.
It is worth noting that at the end of the third quarter of 2026, Demingli's inventory scale reached 28.986 billion yuan, up 310.66% year-on-year. Demingli said that during the reporting period, the scale of its enterprise-level storage business and orders in hand grew rapidly, and the increase in inventory scale was mainly due to the company stocking up for its enterprise-level storage business.
In addition, Demingli's R&D expenses in the first three quarters were 478 million yuan, up 171.65% year-on-year. Demingli said the company has made forward-looking arrangements for research on new media, taking three-dimensional phase-change memory (3D PCM) as a key research direction, and has carried out substantive development at the firmware and algorithm levels around 3D PCM media. The increase in R&D expenses was mainly due to increased R&D investment, an increase in R&D personnel, and an increase in share-based payment expenses.
Previously, in its 2026 first-three-quarter earnings forecast, Demingli mentioned that during the reporting period the company's enterprise-level storage business achieved sales revenue of 8.237 billion yuan, with both revenue scale and revenue proportion further increasing. The company's enterprise-level storage products have achieved mass shipments to leading domestic cloud service providers and have extended its business to server OEMs, the information technology application innovation sector, and overseas markets.
It is understood that Demingli was founded in 2008 and is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the design, research and development, and industrial application of integrated circuit storage chips, a national-level specialized and sophisticated key "little giant" enterprise, and the first listed company in China's storage controller chip industry.
