On the afternoon of April 9, during the FY2026/27 New Fiscal Year Kick-off Meeting for Lenovo China's North China Region, a donation of 200,000 yuan was made to the Alashan Ecological Foundation. The contribution, aimed at supporting desert ecological restoration and saxaul forest construction in Alashan, Inner Mongolia, was presented by representatives from Lenovo, specifically the Lenovo Membership platform in collaboration with the Lenovo LeXiang Enterprise Super Agent.
The LeXiang Enterprise Super Agent, which executed the donation on behalf of Lenovo, is not a conventional application but the world's first enterprise-grade super agent launched by Lenovo in May 2025. It serves as a crucial component of Lenovo's "Hybrid AI" strategy and acts as a new-generation intelligent official portal for customers, partners, and the public.
As a core element of Lenovo's "Silicon-based Team," the LeXiang Enterprise Super Agent deeply integrates advanced technologies such as natural language processing, multimodal large models, and knowledge graphs. It possesses capabilities for cross-device and cross-ecosystem data retrieval, autonomous orchestration, and closed-loop execution. The agent has established three core scenarios—super consultation, super shopping, and super membership—covering over 20 business areas including official websites, physical stores, and customer service.
To date, the LeXiang Agent has facilitated cumulative transaction volumes exceeding 3 billion yuan, with a purchase conversion rate 23% higher than traditional official websites. Leading 46 domain-specific agents, it has helped increase direct-to-customer revenue for Lenovo China by 33% year-over-year, accounting for over 80% of total revenue. Its offline embodied intelligence carrier, "LeXiang One," has been deployed in hundreds of stores nationwide, driving a 109% increase in store traffic and an 80% month-over-month rise in retail sales.
