Among these, 16 batches failed flame retardancy tests, 3 batches failed anti-tamper alarm tests, 1 batch failed anti-damage alarm function tests (all safety items), and 1 batch failed main bolt axial static pressure resistance.
**(2) Explosion-proof Motors** 20 batches were inspected, with 2 batches found non-compliant for efficiency determination.
**(3) Valves** 46 batches were inspected, with 2 batches found non-compliant: 1 batch failed sealing tests and 1 batch failed valve body wall thickness measurement (both safety items).
**(4) Safety Belts** 54 batches were inspected with no non-compliant products found.
**(5) Electronic Pricing Scales** 37 batches were inspected, with 11 batches found non-compliant for various performance issues including weighing performance, tare weighing inspection, static temperature, humidity-heat stable state, eccentric load inspection, tilt, and repeatability tests.
**(6-29) Other Products** The report continues with detailed results for motor vehicle engine coolant, motor vehicle engine lubricating oil, motor vehicle brake fluid, automotive gasoline detergent, portable dry powder fire extinguishers, fire emergency lighting equipment, independent smoke fire detection alarms, cement, tempered safety glass, laminated safety glass, new wall materials, fire doors, rock wool boards, aluminum alloy building profiles, ceramic disc sealed taps, non-contact taps, sanitary ceramics, ceramic tiles, construction waterproof membranes, synthetic resin emulsion interior wall coatings, exterior wall coatings, polyethylene pipes, random copolymer polypropylene pipes, and rigid polyvinyl chloride pipes.
**III. Work Requirements**
Local market supervision departments must:
**(1) Strengthen Inspection Result Processing** In accordance with the Product Quality Law and relevant regulations, cease production and sales of non-compliant products, clear inventory, supervise enterprise rectification, and transfer criminal cases to judicial authorities when appropriate.
**(2) Supervise Implementation of Main Responsibilities** Report non-compliant product situations to local governments and relevant departments, taking effective measures to ensure enterprises fulfill product quality and safety responsibilities.
**(3) Strengthen Quality Technical Assistance** Organize industry associations and technical institutions to help enterprises identify causes and propose improvement measures to enhance industry quality levels.
**Appendices:** 1. List of non-compliant products and enterprises from product quality supervision inspection 2. List of enterprises that refused inspection
The detailed appendices contain comprehensive information about specific non-compliant products, including company names, locations, product specifications, production dates, and specific non-compliance items, as well as the names of companies that refused inspection.
