Wu Zhiling has taken on the role of Party Secretary of the Hubei Provincial Civil Affairs Department, according to an update on the department's official website. The announcement was made on September 9.
Wu Zhiling, a male of Han ethnicity, was born in October 1972. He holds a doctoral degree in science and is a member of the Communist Party of China. Prior to this appointment, he served as the Deputy Party Secretary, head of the government party group, and mayor of Huangshi City.
