JXR Completes 19.67 Million-Share Buyback Worth HK$47.05 Million; Issued Capital Remains at 2.71 B Shares

Jinxin Fertility Group Limited (abbrev. JXR) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 30 April 2026, detailing recent share repurchase activity and the latest share capital position.

From 27 March to 30 April 2026, JXR repurchased 19.67 million ordinary shares for cancellation at volume-weighted average prices ranging between HK$2.29 and HK$2.47 per share. The cumulative consideration for these trades is approximately HK$47.05 million, equating to an average cost of about HK$2.39 per share. The shares bought back represent roughly 0.73 % of the company’s 2.71 billion issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as at 28 April 2026. All repurchased shares are pending formal cancellation and therefore remain in the issued share count at present.

The most recent transaction occurred on 30 April 2026, when the company acquired 2.00 million shares on-market at prices between HK$2.39 and HK$2.40, for a total outlay of HK$4.78 million.

Under the general mandate approved on 26 June 2025, JXR is authorised to buy back up to 274.47 million shares. Including the latest purchases, the company has repurchased 59.33 million shares to date, utilising 2.16 % of the mandate’s limit.

Despite the ongoing programme, JXR’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 2.71 billion shares as of 30 April 2026, with no treasury shares outstanding. Following the latest buyback, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium—up to 30 May 2026—on issuing new shares or transferring any treasury shares, in line with Hong Kong Listing Rules.
