The meeting reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Nominating Candidates for Non-Independent Directors of the 10th Board of Directors to the Shareholders' Meeting." The board agreed to nominate Ms. Wang Yuzhen as a candidate for non-independent director of the 10th board.
