CGN MINING (01164) announced that in 2025, Semizbai-U LLP, a 49%-owned joint venture in Kazakhstan, produced a total of 862.2 tonnes of uranium (tU), while Ortalyk LLP, another 49%-owned associate mining company in Kazakhstan, produced 1,836.8 tU, achieving 100.1% and 102.0% of their respective annual production targets. In the fourth quarter of 2025, the mines in which the Group has invested collectively produced 702.5 tU of natural uranium, meeting 94.6% of the quarterly target. Specifically, Semizbai-U produced 249.2 tU, and Ortalyk produced 453.3 tU during the quarter. As of December 31, 2025, the Group held 929 tU of natural uranium (approximately 2.42 million pounds of U3O8), with a weighted average cost of $73.83 per pound of U3O8; it had signed contracts for the sale of 3,019 tU of natural uranium (approximately 7.85 million pounds of U3O8) that were yet to be delivered, with a weighted average selling price of $81.59 per pound of U3O8.
