CSPC Pharmaceutical Group (01093) has issued a statement regarding a change in the trustee for its 2018 share award scheme.
According to the plan rules, the trustee for the 2018 share award scheme will be changed effective from August 12, 2026. The company will appoint BOC International Trustees (Hong Kong) Limited as the new trustee, replacing BOCI-Prudential Trustee Limited. To implement this change, the company and BOC International Trustees will enter into an amended and restated trust deed.
