FOSUN INTL adopts full e-communication under HKEX paper-reduction regime

Bulletin Express07-16

Fosun International Limited (FOSUN INTL) has formally transitioned to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications, aligning with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s paperless listing framework that took effect on 31 December 2023 and the updated Companies Ordinance effective 17 April 2025.

The company confirmed that annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms (collectively “Corporate Communications”) will be published simultaneously in English and Chinese on both the Fosun website (www.fosun.com) and the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be distributed by default.

Non-registered shareholders—those whose shares are held via banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees—are advised to provide an email address to their respective intermediaries to ensure receipt of electronic notifications.

Stakeholders preferring hard-copy materials may submit a signed reply form to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or send an email request to fosun.ecom@computershare.com.hk. Each print request will remain valid for one year unless revoked or superseded.

Enquiries can be directed to the company’s hotline at (852) 2509 3228 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m., excluding Hong Kong public holidays).
