Silkwave Inc announced on 30 September 2026 that its Interim Report 2026 is now available in both English and Chinese on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform and the company’s website. Registered shareholders may obtain printed copies free of charge by contacting Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services at Hopewell Centre, Wanchai, Hong Kong, or via email at silkwave.ecom@computershare.com.hk.
In line with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s upgraded paperless listing regime (Listing Rule 2.07A effective 31 December 2023), Silkwave Inc has formally adopted full electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. These documents include annual and interim reports, summary reports, notices of meeting, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.
To ensure timely receipt of digital materials, shareholders are urged to provide a functional email address by scanning the personalised QR code on the accompanying reply form or by returning the completed form to the share registrar. Absent a valid email address, shareholders will not receive publication notifications electronically and must proactively visit the company’s and HKEXnews websites to access new documents; actionable corporate communications will continue to be dispatched in hard-copy format.
Shareholders preferring printed versions of future corporate communications can submit a written request or email to the share registrar, specifying their name and address. Such requests will remain effective for one year from the date of receipt, after which they will lapse unless renewed.
