Ocean Star Technology Receives Additional Resumption Guidance; Trading Remains Suspended

Bulletin Express04-16

Ocean Star Technology Group Limited announced that on 13 April 2026 it received an additional resumption requirement from The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The Exchange now demands an independent review of the Group’s internal controls and proof that its procedures adequately meet GEM Listing Rules.

The new mandate supplements the original resumption guidance issued on 15 October 2025. The Exchange reiterated that Ocean Star Technology must satisfy all directives, rectify the issues behind the suspension, and fully comply with GEM Listing Rules before trading can resume. The Exchange also reserves the right to revise or add to the guidance if circumstances change.

Trading in Ocean Star Technology’s shares has been suspended since 9:00 a.m. on 2 July 2025. The suspension will continue until the Group fulfils every aspect of the resumption guidance.

The Board stated it will issue further updates in line with GEM Listing Rules and advised shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities. The announcement was signed by Chairman and Executive Director Jiao Dejun on 16 April 2026.
