VIVA BIOTECH (ASX: 01873) has announced the issuance of restricted share units to a group of eligible participants.
The grant was made on June 25, 2026, under the company's Restricted Share Unit Plan, which was originally adopted on June 5, 2020.
Under the terms of the grant, the recipients are entitled to receive a total of up to 6.224 million ordinary shares of the company.
