LAEKNA-B (02105) announced that on May 8, 2026, a total of 15.3235 million restricted share units, equivalent to 15.3235 million shares, were granted to recipients under the 2024 Share Award Scheme. The recipients include three executive directors. The grant of restricted share units to the three executive directors, including Dr. Lü Xiangyang, Ms. Xie Ling, and Dr. Gu Xiangju, is conditional upon approval by independent shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.
