11月25日，阿里巴巴发布2026财年第二财季业绩。财报显示，第二财季营收2477.95亿元，预估2,452亿元；第二财季调整后净利润103.5亿元，预估168亿元；第二财季调整后每ADS收益4.36元，预估6.34元；第二财季调整后息税折旧及摊销前利润172.6亿元，预估193亿元。
第二财季中国电商事业集团收入1,325.8亿元，预估1,285.3亿元；第二财季阿里国际数字商业集团收入348.0亿元，预估378.5亿元；第二财季云智能集团收入398.2亿元，预估379.9亿元。
本季度，人工智能+云计算和消费两大核心业务继续保持强劲增长。我们正在将利润和自由现金流再投资于未来，而近期盈利能力预计将出现波动。
财报发布后，阿里巴巴美股盘前直线拉升逾3%。
