Public Float Compliance The company confirmed that it continued to satisfy the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement. At least 16.63% of the H-share class remained in public hands as of 31 March 2026.

Corporate Governance The filing was certified by Board Secretary Wang Wei, who attested that all share-related activities, if any, were executed in compliance with applicable listing rules and regulatory standards.
