Hanfort Development Holdings’ May 2026 Return Shows Stable Share Base and Sufficient Public Float

Hanfort Development Holdings Limited filed its monthly return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 02 June 2026, confirming that its share capital structure remained unchanged for the month ended 31 May 2026.

Authorised capital stood at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million. There were no increases or decreases during the month.

The issued share count was stable at 5.85 billion ordinary shares, with no treasury shares outstanding. Consequently, total issued shares also stayed at 5.85 billion.

The company affirmed compliance with Main Board Rule 13.32D(1), maintaining at least the 25% public-float threshold required by the Hong Kong Listing Rules.

No share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were outstanding or exercised during the period, and there were no other movements in issued or treasury shares.
