WIN HANVERKY Publishes 2026 Interim Report and Expands E-Communication Options for Shareholders

Bulletin Express09-29

Win Hanverky Holdings Limited confirmed that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.winhanverky.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders who have previously opted for printed materials will receive hard copies by mail.

The company is encouraging a shift toward electronic dissemination. Shareholders who currently receive documents online but prefer a printed version of the 2026 Interim Report can complete Part A of the enclosed Change Request Form. Those wishing to alter their delivery method or language preference for all future corporate communications may complete Part B. The completed form should be returned to the share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or submitted via email to is-ecom@vistra.com. No postage is required for mailed forms within Hong Kong.

Investors may switch their communication preferences at any time by providing at least seven days’ written or emailed notice to the share registrar. Win Hanverky further recommends that shareholders supply a valid email address to facilitate electronic communications. In the absence of a functional email address, the company will continue to send hard-copy notification letters regarding the online availability of future corporate documents.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor Investor Services Limited at +852 2980 1333 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Hong Kong time, excluding public holidays).

The notice was issued on 30 September 2026 and signed by Chairman Li Kwok Tung Roy on behalf of the board.
