On December 4, Bank Of Chengdu Co., Ltd. issued an announcement stating that, in accordance with Sichuan Province's policy guidelines, a subsidy program for personal consumption loans will be implemented from October 1 this year to March 31, 2026. Eligible borrowers who use loans issued by local financial institutions for consumption within Sichuan Province can receive fiscal interest subsidies.

The subsidy covers single transactions below 50,000 yuan, as well as key consumption areas exceeding 50,000 yuan, such as automobiles, education, and healthcare. For transactions above 50,000 yuan, the subsidy is capped at the 50,000-yuan threshold.
