COMEC Announces FY2025 Final Dividend of RMB0.135 per Share, Payable on 16 July 2026

CSSC Offshore & Marine Engineering (Group) Company Limited (COMEC) has declared a final ordinary dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 at RMB1.35 per 10 shares (equivalent to RMB0.135 per share). Based on the announced exchange rate of RMB1 : HKD1.146271, the Hong Kong dollar payment translates to HKD1.547466 per 10 shares (HKD0.1547466 per share).

Key timetable • Ex-dividend date: 29 May 2026 • Latest time to lodge transfers: 1 June 2026, 16:30 • Book-closure period: 2 June – 5 June 2026 • Record date: 5 June 2026 • Payment date: 16 July 2026 Shareholders approved the distribution at the annual general meeting on 27 May 2026.

Withholding tax arrangements • Non-resident enterprise shareholders: 10% enterprise income tax will be withheld. • Non-resident individual shareholders (Hong Kong, Macau, or jurisdictions with a 10% treaty rate): 10% individual income tax will be withheld. • Non-resident individuals from jurisdictions with treaty rates below 10%: COMEC will seek preferential rates on their behalf. • Non-resident individuals from jurisdictions with treaty rates between 10% and 20%: tax withheld at agreed rate. • Other non-resident individuals or those without treaties: 20% tax will be withheld. • Mainland investors holding H-shares through Shanghai-Hong Kong or Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect: 20% individual income tax will be applied.
