CR Beverage Updates FY 2025 Final Dividend to RMB 0.088 (HKD 0.101) per Share

China Resources Beverage (Holdings) Company Limited (CR Beverage) has issued an update on its final cash dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, revising the Hong Kong-dollar equivalent, exchange rate and confirmation date of shareholder approval.

The board has declared a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.088 per share, with shareholders receiving HKD 0.101 per share by default. The conversion is based on an exchange rate of RMB 1: HKD 1.14827. Investors can elect to receive the payout in renminbi instead of Hong Kong dollars, with partial currency election permitted until 10 August 2026 (16:30).

No withholding tax applies to this distribution, and the company reports no outstanding listed warrants or convertible securities. The board currently comprises three executive directors, five non-executive directors and four independent non-executive directors.
