Stock News2025-12-29

CHINA SANJIANG (02198) has announced that on December 29, 2025, the Company (including its subsidiaries) entered into a Condensed Water and Other Materials Purchase Agreement with Zhejiang Jiahua Energy Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd. (including its subsidiaries) to regulate the supplier-customer relationship between the two parties. Under the ammonia water purchase agreement, the Company (including its subsidiaries) has agreed to supply ammonia water to Zhejiang Jiahua Energy Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd. (including its subsidiaries) for the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Ammonia water is a by-product generated during the production process. As both parties are located in the same economic and technological development zone, this non-exclusive collaboration will open up a new avenue for the Company (including its subsidiaries) to sell ammonia water. Moreover, since the Group's production base is adjacent to that of Zhejiang Jiahua Energy Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd. (including its subsidiaries), the transportation costs for supplying ammonia water to the latter can be reduced. For these reasons, the Group has entered into the ammonia water purchase agreement with Zhejiang Jiahua Energy Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd. (including its subsidiaries).
