Sanergy Group Limited (Stock Code: 02459) disclosed that, effective 20 February 2026, it allotted and issued 228.00 million new ordinary shares under a general mandate at HKD 0.083 per share. The newly issued shares represent approximately 13.33% of the previous 1.71 billion shares in issue as of 31 January 2026.
Following this issuance, the company’s total issued share capital rose to 1.94 billion shares. The shares are listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, and the corporate board authorized this issuance in compliance with all applicable requirements.
