On the morning of September 22, a special event themed "Digital Innovation for the Future" supporting youth innovation and entrepreneurship, organized by the Jing'an United Front, was successfully held at the Audiovisual Jingjie π Space. Zhang Feng, Deputy Director of the Municipal Party Committee United Front Work Department and Party Secretary of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Sun Dapu, Standing Committee Member of the Jing'an District Party Committee, attended the event. This event marked the 45th matrix project of the year under Shanghai's United Front initiative serving youth innovation and entrepreneurship.
The event focused on "AI Empowering All Industries," giving full play to the United Front's advantages in uniting people and pooling strength, continuously optimizing the regional innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem, and building a diverse platform for young entrepreneurs to exchange ideas and connect resources. During the event, the "Haina Baichuang, Zhihui Jing'an" Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Camp was officially launched.
This training camp focuses on AI-empowered OPC entrepreneurship models, inviting multiple industry experts to jointly deliver courses, helping young entrepreneurs systematically master AI tool applications and OPC entrepreneurial practices. The event noted that Jing'an has always aligned with the city's development direction, forming a youth innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem that is warmer, more concentrated, and more dynamic. It emphasized seizing industry opportunities by focusing on AI innovation applications and providing broad space for technology deployment; cultivating fertile ground for development by promoting youth-oriented city construction and supporting young talent to take root in Jing'an; and leveraging United Front advantages by linking key resources to contribute to the region's high-quality economic and social development.
Policy Presentation
A representative from the Jing'an District Science, Technology and Economic Commission presented the "Jing'an District Three-Year AI Action Plan." Jing'an District continues to optimize its innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem, rolling out a series of policy measures to support AI industry development and serve youth innovation and entrepreneurship.
Keynote Speeches
Yin Luqiao, Chairman of Shanghai Ultra HD Vision Technology Co., Ltd. and Professor at Shanghai University's School of Microelectronics, delivered a keynote speech on "AI Empowering Ultra-High-Definition Industry-University-Research Collaborative Innovation." Gu Zhenyu, Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Yicha Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., delivered a keynote speech on "New Opportunities for Young Entrepreneurs in the AI Agent Era."
Representatives from Shanghai University's United Front Work Department, Jing'an District Party Committee's United Front Work Department, Daning Group, and Shanghai Traffic Radio jointly launched the 2026 United Front Source (Network) Radio Studio, innovatively using live radio interview formats to inspire entrepreneurial ideas for more young entrepreneurs.
Roundtable Forum
Five representatives from ultra-high-definition audiovisual enterprises participated in a roundtable forum on AI development and innovative applications, painting a close-up picture of the frontiers of technological innovation. The participants were: Chen Ran, Founder and CEO of OpenCSG; Wang Xiaokun, Head of Strategic Ecosystem at Shanghai Silang Technology Co., Ltd.; Peng Cheng, Chairman and Chief Scientist of Shanghai Wansheng Huatai Digital Technology Co., Ltd.; Liu Chen, Director and Board Secretary of Shanghai Hehe Information Technology Co., Ltd.; and Gao Lu, Director of Digital Intelligence Consulting at Digiwin Software Co., Ltd.
This event was co-hosted by the Jing'an District Party Committee's United Front Work Department, the District Science, Technology and Economic Commission, the District Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, the District Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Daning Asset Management (Group) Co., Ltd., with support from the Municipal Youth Fifty Innovation and Entrepreneurship Research Institute. Representatives from relevant Jing'an District departments, enterprises, and OPC youth attended the event.
