Gem Co., Ltd. Resubmits Listing Application to Hong Kong Stock Exchange

Gem Co., Ltd. (SZSE: 002340), known as GEM in Chinese, has once again submitted an application for a listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The application was filed on April 27. J.P. Morgan, CITIC Securities, and China Securities (International) are acting as joint sponsors for the offering.

According to data from Frost & Sullivan, the company ranks first in China in the third-party recycling market for retired lithium-ion batteries based on projected 2025 recycling volume. The prospectus indicates that Gem Co., Ltd. is one of the earliest pioneers in the recycling of key metal resources and the lithium-ion battery recycling sector, and it holds a leading position in the new energy materials manufacturing industry.
