Zenyou Technology (ASX: 02660) has announced a proposal to issue share options and stock awards under its 2024 share plan.
The company intends to grant 15 million share options and 3.56 million stock awards to Mr. Ye Sheng.
It also plans to grant 15 million share options and 3.56 million stock awards to Mr. Yang Min.
A grant of 247,000 stock awards is proposed for Ms. Xiong Mi.
Mr. Li Chengwei is set to receive 30 million share options.
Furthermore, a total of 13.633 million stock awards will be granted to 87 other employees.
