The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China has announced the addition of 14 European Union entities to its export control list, effective from the date of publication.

According to relevant laws and regulations, including the Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations on the Export Control of Dual-Use Items, and in order to protect national security and interests, as well as to fulfill international obligations such as non-proliferation, the decision was made to add 14 EU entities, including Rafat Group, to the export control list.

Two specific measures have been implemented:

First, export operators are prohibited from exporting dual-use items to these 14 entities. Additionally, overseas organizations and individuals are forbidden from transferring or supplying dual-use items originating from the People's Republic of China to these 14 entities. Any ongoing related activities must be immediately halted.

Second, in exceptional circumstances where export is necessary, the export operator must submit an application to the Ministry of Commerce for approval.

This announcement takes effect immediately upon its publication date.
