Zhenro Properties (06158) has issued an announcement regarding the postponement of the winding-up petition hearing against ZHENRO HONG KONG LIMITED.

The adjourned hearing of the petition was originally scheduled to take place on October 20, 2026 at the High Court of Hong Kong. At that adjourned hearing, the High Court of Hong Kong ordered that the hearing of the petition be further postponed to November 9, 2026 at 9:30 a.m.

The company is currently in negotiations with offshore creditors of the group, including the petitioner. A term sheet setting out the proposed terms of an offshore restructuring plan to address its liquidity issues has been sent to certain creditors of the group, including the petitioner.

The offshore restructuring plan and scheme arrangement remain subject to reaching an agreement with creditors and the satisfaction of certain preconditions, including but not limited to obtaining approvals from the relevant competent authorities, the court and the company's shareholders.
