Facilities not cleaned promptly, failure to strictly implement purchase verification records, uncovered finished and semi-finished products... Recently, the Tian Shan District Market Supervision Bureau in Urumqi conducted an inspection of Lingling Rice Noodles (Da Shi Zi Flagship Store) and uncovered multiple violations.
Inspectors observed in the kitchen that ingredient buckets were placed directly on the floor, while grease and grime accumulated on stoves, pipes, and exhaust ducts. Additionally, when checking meat products, officials found incomplete inspection and quarantine documentation.
The authorities listed six key violations: 1. Inadequate pest control measures (excessively wide drainage gaps, no rodent prevention). 2. Personal items stored in food preparation areas. 3. Equipment and facilities not cleaned promptly. 4. Food ingredients stored improperly—not elevated or distanced from walls. 5. Failure to strictly maintain purchase verification records. 6. Uncovered finished/semi-finished products lacking dust or fly prevention measures.
Store staff acknowledged the findings and pledged immediate rectification.
