GAPACK Schedules 23 June 2026 AGM; Board Seeks Approval for HK$0.006 Final Dividend, 20% Issuance Mandate and 10% Buy-back Limit

Greatview Aseptic Packaging Company Limited (GAPACK) has issued a notice convening its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 10:00 a.m. on 23 June 2026 at the company’s Beijing headquarters. Key matters to be put before shareholders are as follows:

1. Financial Statements • Shareholders will vote on the adoption of the audited consolidated financial statements and directors’ and auditors’ reports for the fiscal years ended 31 December 2024 and 31 December 2025.

2. Board Composition and Remuneration • Seven directors—Mr. Yuan Xunjun, Mr. Wang Dawei, Ms. Wang Yingli, Mr. Choi Sum Shing Samson, Mr. Li Weijin, Ms. Kou Chung Yin Mariana and Mr. Chen Qi—are standing for re-election. • The Board also seeks authority to determine directors’ remuneration.

3. Dividend Proposal • A final cash dividend of HK$0.006 per share for the year ended 31 December 2025 will be tabled for approval.

4. Auditor Re-appointment • Rongcheng (Hong Kong) CPA Limited is nominated for re-appointment as external auditor, with the Board authorised to set its remuneration.

5. General Mandates • Share Issuance: Directors request a general mandate to allot and issue additional shares up to 20% of the company’s issued share capital, excluding treasury shares, during the mandate period. • Share Buy-back: A separate mandate would permit the repurchase of shares up to 10% of issued share capital, excluding treasury shares, within the same period.

Key Timetables • Shareholders register closure for AGM attendance and voting: 17–23 June 2026 (both dates inclusive); last day for share transfer lodgement is 16 June 2026 at 4:30 p.m. • For the proposed final dividend, share transfers must be lodged by 2 July 2026 at 4:30 p.m. The register will be closed from 3–7 July 2026 (both dates inclusive).

All resolutions will be decided by poll in accordance with the company’s Articles of Association and Hong Kong Listing Rules.
