Recently, the legal team led by lawyer Liu Peng of Shanghai Huzi Law Firm once again filed compensation claims on behalf of five investors with the court for case registration and trial. The firm is still soliciting affected investors. (Lawyer Liu Peng Column)
Looking back at this case, on October 14, 2025, Zitian Technology was officially delisted. On August 22, 2025, the Fujian Securities Regulatory Bureau formally issued an Administrative Penalty Decision against Zitian Technology and the relevant responsible persons, determining that the company had engaged in systematic financial fraud. According to the investigation, Zitian Technology inflated its operating revenue by a cumulative total of up to 2.499 billion yuan between 2022 and 2023, employing diverse fraudulent methods involving enormous sums.
It is worth noting that in this case, not only was Zitian Technology itself held accountable, but its 2023 annual report auditor, Beijing Yatai International Accounting Firm, was also given the maximum penalty by the Ministry of Finance: confiscation of illegal gains plus fines totaling more than 8 million yuan, and suspension of business operations for one year. The investigation revealed that Yatai International issued an "unqualified opinion" audit report despite knowing that Zitian Technology had inflated its accounts by more than 1.5 billion yuan, and concealed key audit working papers and obstructed law enforcement during the Ministry of Finance's inspection. The legal team has listed the audit firm as a co-defendant in the litigation, demanding that it bear joint and several liability for compensation.
For investors holding the company's shares, delisting does not affect the right to claim compensation, and pursuing compensation in accordance with the law is the only way to recover losses. Under the relevant laws and regulations, those who meet either of the following criteria may register: 1. Those who bought shares between April 28, 2023 and October 27, 2024, and sold or still held them at a loss after October 28, 2024 (Zitian Delisting Rights Protection Entry); 2. Those who bought shares between January 31, 2024 and April 30, 2024, and sold or still held them at a loss after May 1, 2024. Investors who meet the requirements are encouraged to actively participate in the rights protection process.
