Vice Chairman of the China Writers Association and renowned writer Zhang Wei has offered his encouragement for the second "Qing Weiliao" literary creation competition. On April 20, the competition, jointly organized by the Shandong Writers Association and the Shandong Digital Culture Group, was officially launched.
