Hisense Home Appliances (00921) announced that between September 29, 2025, and April 13, 2026, the company and its subsidiaries—Air Conditioning Marketing Company, Qingdao Yiyang Company, Refrigerator Marketing Company, and Sanden (China) Company—acting as subscribers, entered into agreements with Pudong Bank Wealth Management to purchase wealth management products with a total subscription amount of 1.56 billion yuan.
