Latest! Moutai's Brand Value Hits $59.63 Billion, Ranking First Globally in the Spirits Industry

On January 20, 2026, local time, the "Brand Finance Global 500 2026" report was officially released in Davos, Switzerland. Kweichow Moutai Co.,Ltd. saw its brand value increase by 2.2% to reach $59.63 billion, securing the top position globally in the spirits industry.

The "Brand Finance Global 500 2026" report revealed that Apple continues to lead the ranking. A total of 192 American brands made the list, collectively contributing 53.4% of the total brand value. China, with 68 brands, ranked second, accounting for 15.1% of the total value.

This year, 68 Chinese brands were included in the ranking. However, the total value of the listed brands increased by 9.7% compared to the previous year. Although the number of brands on the list decreased by one from last year, the average value per brand saw an improvement.

In terms of brand strength, the average Brand Strength Index (BSI) for the Chinese上榜 brands was 76.4 points (out of 100), which is 0.6 points higher than the average BSI of 75.8 for the global top 500.

On October 29, Kweichow Moutai Co.,Ltd. disclosed its third-quarter report for 2025. The company achieved a total operating revenue of 130.904 billion yuan for the first three quarters, a year-on-year increase of 6.32%. Operating revenue was 128.454 billion yuan, up 6.36% year-on-year, while net profit attributable to the parent company's shareholders reached 64.627 billion yuan, marking a 6.25% increase. Based on estimates, Kweichow Moutai earned an average of 237 million yuan per day during the first three quarters of the year.
