COFCO Joycome shareholders endorse all AGM resolutions with up to 99.99% support

COFCO Joycome Foods Limited announced that every resolution tabled at the Annual General Meeting held on 26 June 2026 in Beijing was approved by shareholders through poll voting.

All 4.58 billion issued shares were entitled to vote, with no abstentions or restrictions reported under Hong Kong Listing Rules. Tricor Investor Services Limited acted as the scrutineer.

Key voting outcomes: • Adoption of the 2025 audited financial statements received 1.93 billion votes in favour, representing 99.99% support. • Re-elections of Executive Director Dr Gao Xiang, Non-Executive Director Mr Wu Haojun and Independent Non-Executive Director Dr Ju Jiandong each secured between 99.62% and 99.85% approval. • Remuneration authorisation for the Board passed with 99.92% support. • Re-appointment of Baker Tilly Hong Kong Limited as auditor was backed by 99.99% of votes. • Share buy-back and share-issuance mandates were granted, with the 10% repurchase mandate winning 99.99% approval, while the 15% general issuance mandate and its extension each received 97.59% support.

Attendance at the meeting included Chairman and Executive Director Dr Gao Xiang, Executive Director Dr Zhang Nan, Non-Executive Directors Mr Wang Guoxin and Mr Wu Haojun, and Independent Non-Executive Directors Mr Fu Tingmei, Mr Li Michael Hankin and Dr Ju Jiandong.
