On 24 February 2026, UC RUSAL (486) disclosed that SUAL Partners International Limited Liability Company had reduced its direct voting stake in the company. The number of votes under SUAL Partners’ disposal fell from 3.83 billion (25.19%) to 3.52 billion (23.14%), effective from 20 January 2026.
The issuer states that it became aware of this change on 24 February 2026, and the adjustment stemmed from a reduction of SUAL Partners’ participation in the issuer.
