TravelSky Technology Ltd (HK: 00696) has announced a new board-level appointment, effective immediately.
The company confirmed that non-executive director Mr. Zeng Yongchao has been appointed as a member of the Board's Strategy and Investment Committee (also known as the Legal Governance Construction Committee).
Mr. Zeng's tenure on the committee will run concurrently with his existing term as a director of the company.
