Stock News10-14

160 HEALTH (02656) opened nearly 7% higher, rising 6.78% to HK$3.07 as of press time, with a turnover of HK$2.314 million.

On the news front, on the evening of October 13, 160 HEALTH issued an announcement disclosing that its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen 160 Network Technology Co., Ltd. has formally signed its first sales contract with a national-level high-tech enterprise focused on the enterprise-level computing infrastructure sector, with a contract amount of approximately RMB 42 million.

This announcement comes less than one month after the two parties signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement on September 16 with an estimated total amount of approximately RMB 650 million.

The Board of Directors believes that the signing of the first sales contract marks the group and its partner moving from framework cooperation intent to the actual business implementation and execution stage, and the estimated cooperation scale of approximately RMB 650 million described in the strategic cooperation announcement is gradually entering the realization stage.

The group will maintain continuous communication with its partner, orderly advance the connection of potential follow-up business, and promote the further realization of the estimated cooperation scale.
