HAIZHI TECH GP (ASX: 02706) shares have surged more than 10%, with the stock rising 10.61% to HK$47.54 at the time of writing, generating a turnover of HK$179 million.

The company recently announced a significant strategic upgrade for its wholly-owned subsidiary's academician expert workstation. This workstation has officially shifted its core research focus from high-performance graph computing to the cutting-edge field of "knowledge graph and large language model integration," a move that has received official approval from the Beijing Association for Science and Technology.

This approval marks a crucial step for the company in establishing a reliable foundational platform for large language model applications. HAIZHI TECH GP is a notably rare stock in the Hong Kong Stock Connect that combines graph and model technologies, holding a leading 53.3% market share in its sector.

Financial data for 2025 shows the company achieved annual revenue of 621 million yuan. Its Atlas Agent business saw a year-on-year increase of 68.4%, while the gross profit margin climbed to 53.2%. The company reported an adjusted net profit of 24.15 million yuan, a 42.6% increase from the previous year, maintaining a trajectory of sustained profitability.

Analysts point to the company's dual-driver strategy of a "graph foundation platform and intelligent agent applications," highlighting its combined value as industrial AI infrastructure and the growth potential of its agent business.
