Case 1: On December 5, 2025, driver Liu *ping of vehicle JI AFJ0118, operating without a valid Online Booking Taxi Transport Certificate, accepted ride orders through the DiDi ride-hailing app managed by DiDi Global Inc.'s Changchun branch. Under the Changchun Passenger Taxi Management Regulations, Liu was fined 3,000 yuan and ordered to rectify the violation. DiDi Global Inc.'s Changchun branch was penalized for providing ride-hailing service information to an unlicensed vehicle, receiving a 30,000 yuan fine and a rectification order.
Case 2: On the same date, driver Li *hai of vehicle JI AFB2665 similarly operated without the required certificate via the DiDi app. Li was fined 3,000 yuan and instructed to correct the issue. DiDi's Changchun branch faced another 30,000 yuan fine and a rectification mandate for facilitating unlicensed operations.
Case 3: Also on December 5, driver Han *tong of vehicle JI AF55281 was found using the DiDi platform without proper certification, resulting in a 3,000 yuan fine and a correction order. DiDi's local branch was again fined 30,000 yuan for providing service access to the unauthorized vehicle.
Case 4: On December 10, 2025, driver Zhang * of vehicle JI AFJ9228 engaged in unlicensed ride-hailing through the DiDi app, leading to a 3,000 yuan fine and a rectification requirement. DiDi's Changchun branch received an additional 30,000 yuan penalty for its role in the violation.
Case 5: On December 12, driver Gao *feng of vehicle JI AFJ3502 operated illegally via the DiDi platform without the necessary certificate, incurring a 3,000 yuan fine and a correction order. DiDi's branch was fined 30,000 yuan for supporting the unlicensed activity.
