Keppel Ltd. announced on Dec, 10 2025 that its wholly owned subsidiaries—Keppel Enterprise FinHub Pte. Ltd., Keppel Enterprise Services Pte. Ltd. and Keppel People Services Pte. Ltd.—have been placed under members’ voluntary liquidation.
The company added that the liquidations are not expected to have any material impact on its net tangible assets or earnings per share for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2025.
