Bulletin Express10-20

Q TECH (Group) Company Limited has disclosed that Chairman and Executive Director Mr. He Ningning entered into five European put option contracts on 7, 8, 9, 13 and 14 October 2026 with an independent third-party buyer.

The options cover a total of 5.59 million Q TECH shares, equal to about 0.47% of the company’s issued share capital. Strike prices are set between HK$4.7998 and HK$4.9539 per share, with individual expirations on 7 October, 11 October (two contracts), 13 October and 14 October 2027.

As the option writer, Mr. He is obliged to purchase the underlying shares at the respective strike prices if, on the relevant expiry date, Q TECH’s closing price falls below those levels. None of the options has been exercised to date.

Mr. He, together with his wholly owned vehicle Q Technology Investment Inc., currently holds 753.67 million shares, representing approximately 63.07% of Q TECH’s total issued share capital. He cited confidence in the company’s long-term prospects as the rationale for entering into the contracts.

The company advises shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in Q TECH securities, noting the inherent uncertainty over whether the options will ultimately be exercised.
